MY GOAL IS TO CONTINUE LINEBREEDING AND INBREEDING THE WONDERFUL DAIRY ANIMALS THAT DAVID FUNK (of Chenango-Hills) DEVELOPED. DAVID HAD SEVERAL DOES WHO HAD MUTIPLE YEARS AS ADGA AND AGS BREEDLEADERS. I HOPE TO MAINTAIN THE GENETIC PRODUCTIVITY OF THESE TOP TEN PRODUCTION DOES BY BREEDING TO THE CHENANGO-HILLS BUCKS WHO'S DAM, AUNT, AND/OR SISTER WAS THEMSELVES BREEDLEADERS AND THROUGH CAREFUL OUTSIDE GENETICS TO IMPROVE CONFORMATION WHERE NEEDED.
I had been looking for sometime trying to decide which Herd or Herds I really admired. I found Helderberg Hollow in NY.
I purchased a doe and buck from Bob and Julie. HELDERBERG MO ICONIC AND HIS SISTER CRICKET ! I loved them and still do. Then I purchased one more doeling from them HELDERBERG VR MAGNOLIA MOON. (MAGGIE) Also a lovely girl. and HELDERBERG BH D-LUX. The next show season I think all of their parents became Champions!!!
Ok I got the bug really bad. Julie knew I was looking at a Chenango-Hills herd and when a buck became available from a third party she put me in contact with them. I bought him but couldnt make it to NY until spring. Yep Julie and Bob kept him for the entire winter. Who does such a generous thing for someone you havent even met in person. This is where I really get into trouble.
Just a little trip to NY for one buck! Turned into a few trips and a few transports and now I am the very proud owner of Several of David Funk's beautiful Chenango-Hills goats . Two of his ADGA Top Ten Does. GCH CHENANGO-HILLS LILLIBELLE 6*M and CHENANGO-HILLS TRX LUNA 6*M both are daughters of GCH CHENANGO-HILLS BOUNCY TRIXIE 5*M also an ADGA top ten doe. I have 3 Lillibelle daughters PV CANDIDE(roseheart farm), SUTHRN CHARM, STAR ATTRACTION and two Luna daughters LUNETTE (lil' Ohana Farm), LIANTA (thanks to Lady Walkers) Also a daughter of GCH CHENANGO-HILLS IP GODDESS an ADGA top ten production doe also.

Starting with carefully selected genetic material choosing bloodlines known for production and correct conformation has resulted in a herd of exceptionally consistent quality.
The All time ADGA breed record holder for Nigerian Dwarfs for butterfat in a single lactation, and for lifetime production of milk, fat, and protein on ADGA official DHIA test.
DHIA RESULTS.
GCH Chenango-Hills Goddess led the nation for ADGA registered Nigerians in all three; milk, butterfat and protein on DHIA test in results released in 2013, as she did in 2010 when Chenango-Hills Unique, her 1/2 sister, was close behind, placing fourth in milk and second in butterfat and protein.
Four CHENANGO-HILLS does made the Top Ten for AGS in the results released in 2011; taking 4 of the top 5 spots (including 1st) in both fat and protein. They also all placed in the ADGA Top Ten for 2011.
In 2012, Goddess led the nation in DHIA for AGS in butterfat and protein categories and was 2nd in milk, while Trixie was 5th in milk and 3rd in protein.
In 2013,Goddess was leader in all 3 categories, while Trixie was 6th in milk, and 3rd in protein.
Five CHENANGO-HILLS does made TOP TEN in their lactations ending in 2014. All five were recognized for their protein production; 2 for milk and 2 for fat.
